Where is your office located?
We are located on the northeast corner of First Street and Third Avenue West, across from Erbert's & Gerbert's restaurant.

Where can I park?
We provide parking passes to pay for your parking at several downtown Duluth parking ramps. The Holiday Inn parking ramp is closest to our building, and is located between Second Avenue West and Third Avenue West. The skywalk system can be accessed on the fourth level of the Holiday Inn parking ramp. Take the skywalk across First Street and follow the skywalk to the Missabe Building. The skywalk brings you to the third floor of the Missabe Building and we are on the sixth floor. Although further away, our parking passes also cover the Fond-du-Luth ramp, 4th Avenue Auto Park, Shoppers Auto Park, US Bank ramp, Wells Fargo Bank ramp and the DECC ramps.

In what jurisdictions do you handle matters for clients?
We handle legal matters in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. If you are unsure about the category of your legal problem, we would encourage you to call as we can give you direction. If it is not the type of matter we handle, we can often refer you to an attorney who may assist you.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods, and we also accept Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. If a retainer is required (money paid in advance prior to involving legal counsel), the retainer may also be paid with a credit card.
